You can simply email or call us with your requirements,  alternatively fill in the form below which will be sent by email.  This requires an email program such as Outlook installed,  if you use a web based service such as Hotmail then just send us an email and we'll respond ASAP with availability and prices.  Please do not send credit card details in email,  call us or let us call you.

You can use the "Book On-Line Now" button to check availability/prices and book, but please be aware that full payment in advance will be required.

Check in and Check out times:
You can check in from 15:00.  You need to check out by 10:00.  Payment in advance or on arrival for all stays,  we accept Visa and MasterCard.  American Express is subject to a 2% surcharge.

Cancellation Policy:
A credit card is required to secure your reservation at Hilden Lodge in Cheltenham. If the reservation is not cancelled outside of the 48 hour cancellation notice period, your credit card will be charged with the full amount of the first night's stay.
