We had a wonderful time during our weekend stay at the Hilden Lodge (we were a large group and had all 8 rooms). Gavin and Sharon were so friendly and welcoming and the whole place was spotlessly clean.

Extremely helpful and friendly owners, clearly a family hotel. Immaculate newly renovated/converted rooms. WiFi available, perfect example of forward looking owners. The only isue was that the non-availability of evening meals was not made apparent at booking stage . Normally not a problem as there are plenty of good eating opportunities locally but advance notice would be appreciated. Excellent value, will definitely stay again

Easy to find. Hotel has been recently refurbished to a very high standard. Food was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. If you are looking for a handy hotel for Cheltenham then you should give this a go.

this was an excellent hotel to stay in whilst the rooms where slightly small the cleanliness and customer service made up for it .this is a really nice couple that run this hotel and not once did they pass us without a hello and a smile ,excellent breakfast and idealic location. if you have to stay in cheltenham please use this hotel you will not be disappointed ,we will be using it again next year .....

"The hotel had only been open about six weeks and was spotless. I will definately stay here again when my stay in Gloucestershire. The family were very friendly and willing with any problems. This place is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED." (99271647)
The quality of the rooms was lovely and having a DVD/TV was a nice surprise. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. A very enjoyable stay.
The only thing was that we were in a noisy position by a main road.

"A very nice couple and very clean accomodation. Although the room was compact all facilties were of a good standard. Food and service was excellent. The accomodation is close to Cheltenham town centre and on a busy main road. The traffic can be heard in some rooms of a night. Ideal for a weekend stay." (99625217)
